What I've Been Reading

In the past two weeks, I've only been able to finish 6 books(sad, I know); I've been busy! But here they are!

Blind Hope: An Unwanted Dog and the Woman She Rescued

Blind Hope was read in a single night on the very day I received it. It was full of inspirational and encouraging words as Laurie learned more and more from her dog. I found this book sweet and enjoyed it. You can purchase it HERE!

A Time to Embrace (Timeless Love Series)
Another book I read was A Time To Embrace. Wow! What a touching, emotional, and amazing story. I was captivated from the first page - the trials that the family faced with astounding and watching them struggle through them, grasping for hope from God....it was extremely touching. I highly encourage you read this book, as it is one you will not regret reading nor easily forget. You can find it HERE.

A Woman Called Sage: A Novel

A Woman Called Sage was a wonderful book that I managed to find myself buried in last week. I loved the sweet story of Sage as she tries to avenge her husband, taking the occupation of a bounty hunter just to do so, but the whole while desiring to have a family. This is definitely a book I would recommend! Learn more about it HERE.

The Promises She Keeps

The Promises She Keeps made it's way onto my reading list this past week, also. While I found this book very unique and somewhat engaging, it was not a favorite. Still, I enjoyed the story thoroughly and do not regret reading it at all! :-) If you like stories with quirky characters and mild action, this may be a book for you! Purchase it HERE!

A Midsummer Night's Dream

I enjoyed reading A Midsummer Night's Dream this week for school. Surprising to many, I actually enjoyed Shakespeare's unique writing style and comical characters. I found myself laughing out loud(quite literally) as I read through the book. If you like classics, this is a must read! You can find it HERE.

Journey to the Well: A Novel
Journey To The Well...I can't even put it into words. It was incredible! I was instantly captivated by the story of the Samaritan woman that Jesus meets at Jacob's well. Cleverly written and well thought out, Diana Mills weaved together an incredible story. This book has gained a permanent place on my shelf and will be reread many times in the coming years. I highly encourage you to purchase this book HERE!
